A transparent, professional 4-step process aligned with ICC Incoterms® 2020. From initial inquiry to final delivery, we ensure clarity, compliance, and quality at every stage.
Our streamlined procurement process is designed to minimize risk, ensure quality, and deliver your agricultural commodities on time, every time.
The journey begins with your inquiry. Submit your requirements specifying the product variety, target grade, destination port, required quantity (KG or MT), and preferred Incoterm (FOB or CIF). Our export team reviews your request and responds with a preliminary assessment within 24 business hours.
Upon reviewing your RFQ, we issue a detailed Proforma Invoice (PI) outlining pricing, specifications, packaging, and payment terms. Simultaneously, we prepare and ship physical product samples (typically 500g-1kg) via DHL or FedEx to your facility for independent lab testing and quality approval.
Once you approve the samples and PI, we execute a formal, legally binding Sales Contract. For new clients, we typically require an Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight or a Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) with a 30% deposit and 70% balance against the copy of the Bill of Lading. Established clients may qualify for open account terms.
We process, clean, sort, and package your order to exact specifications. Prior to loading, an independent third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek) verifies weight, moisture, and quality. We then handle export customs clearance at Bangkok or Laem Chabang port and ship your goods, providing you with the complete document set for smooth customs clearance at your destination.
We offer secure, internationally recognized payment methods to protect both buyer and seller throughout the transaction.
Irrevocable L/C at sight is our most recommended and secure method for new international clients. It guarantees payment to the seller upon presentation of compliant shipping documents, while protecting the buyer's funds until the goods are shipped.
A standard and efficient method involving a 30% advance deposit to initiate production/procurement, with the remaining 70% balance paid upon presentation of the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L) before the original documents are released.
For long-term partners with a proven track record and approved credit history, we offer flexible open account terms (e.g., Net 30 or Net 60 days) to streamline your cash flow and simplify recurring orders.
Submit your RFQ today and experience a seamless, transparent, and professional procurement process with Thailand's most trusted agricultural exporter.
